The July employment report showed some continued improvement, but it was not all good news.
As Businessweek http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2013-08-02/july-jobs-report-is-a-swing-and-a-big-miss noted, “The unemployment rate ticked down to 7.4 percent, from 7.6 percent—but the decline is mostly due to fewer people in the workforce.”
